Your mission

At EFESO, we help leading Nordic companies improve performance across manufacturing, operations, and supply chains. We work hands-on with management teams, operational leaders, and private equity firms to deliver measurable results through Operations Excellence, Supply Chain transformation, and Industrial AI.
We are now looking for ambitious and analytical students who want to combine their studies with practical experience in management consulting and industrial transformation.

As an Intern at EFESO Nordics, you will become part of one of the Nordic region's leading operations consultancies. Depending on your interests and background, you will contribute to projects within:
  • Manufacturing & Operations Excellence (MAKE)
  • Supply Chain & Value Chain Management
  • Industrial AI & Digital Transformation
This is a flexible part-time position where workload is agreed upon together, with an expected average workload of approximately 40% during the academic year.

Your profile

We are looking for students who combine strong analytical capabilities with curiosity, initiative, and a genuine interest in improving how companies operate.
You are likely:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Interested in manufacturing, operations, supply chains, AI, digital transformation, or business improvement
  • Structured, analytical, and comfortable working with quantitative and qualitative information
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively
  • Comfortable communicating ideas and insights in a professional setting
Previous experience from consulting, internships, industry, student organisations, entrepreneurship, analytics projects, programming, or AI-related initiatives is considered a plus, but is not required.

Educational requirements
  • Ongoing university studies with strong academic performance
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent working proficiency in Swedish and English
Experience with Python, Power BI, SQL, Machine Learning, Agentic AI, Copilot, or related technologies is considered an advantage, particularly for candidates interested in our Industrial AI practice.
