EFESO is a growing international consultancy recognized for Supply Chain Strategy & Operations consulting. In our Nordic team you’ll work hands-on with global operations leaders and private equity firms to shape and deliver value creation programs, combining operations excellence, supply chain management, and industrial AI.

EFESO Nordics:

The role

• Lead complex transformation projects and multi-workstream programs at our clients, ensuring disciplined execution, measurable results, and sustainable capability build-up
• Drive and orchestrate structured analysis of business challenges; define, propose, and support implementation of agreed solutions in close collaboration with Consultants, Sector Experts, and client leadership
• Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders across all levels, coaching both clients and EFESO consultants to enable lasting change and professional growth
• Build, develop, and maintain long-term client relationships, contributing to EFESO’s strong customer retention rate (>90%)
• Actively support business development by identifying opportunities and contributing to upselling initiatives together with the Client Leader

Your profile

• Strong personal drive with a pragmatic, solution-oriented, and hands-on mind-set
• Proven ability to lead, influence, and communicate effectively across all organizational levels—from shopfloor to executive management
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt to diverse industries, clients, and business challenges
• Energetic, positive, and credible presence, able to inspire clients and consultants to commit to change and continuous improvement
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills in both small and large forums
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights, priorities, and actionable recommendations
• Willingness and ability to travel within the Nordic countries, and occasionally internationally
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in management consulting, operational excellence, program management, process improvement, and/or change management within manufacturing or industrial environments

Educational Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or Business Administration
• Advanced proficiency in Office 365 tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Fluent working proficiency in Swedish and English

Finnish and/or German language skills are considered a plus
