We are now looking for an experienced Management Consultant on Practice Leader level with strong expertise within Operations Excellence, based in Sweden, Finland, Denmark or Norway to work for our clients and lead the MAKE Practice within EFESO Nordics.

Your profile

The role

Lead and manage clients and the MAKE practice team, coaching our consultants and clients in achieving sustainable results of excellence in the new era of manufacturing
Lead EFESO Nordics local MAKE practice and be an active member of EFESO’s European regional MAKE Practice
Responsible for Sales and Marketing for MAKE Practice
Responsible for design and implementation of MAKE strategies, plans and projects at our clients
Strong industrial AI affinity and passion for new technologies and trends as well as their meaningful use in companies’ industrial core processes
Strong analytical, methodological and conceptual skills as well as proven implementation expertise
Engage with clients to develop and maintain long term professional relationships

Job requirements:

Strong leadership skills, experience from coaching and developing client teams and colleague consultants, from junior to senior
Experience of selling and leading Operations Excellence management programs within the manufacturing or process industries
Strong personal drive and commitment with a solution-oriented mind-set
Track record of project management, ideally within a consulting environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to derive large amounts of data into action and possibility to travel extensively within the Nordic countries

Educational and formal requirements:

Master of Science in preferable Industrial Management or Degree in Engineering
Swedish and English (fluent working level)
Finnish/German is qualifying
Proven advanced skills in Office 365 programs as Excel, Word and Powerpoint
