We are looking for Management Consultant with 2-5 years of experience preferably based in Stockholm to work for our Nordic Clients.

The role

Responsible for project delivery and implementation at our clients, coaching our clients to achieve sustainable change
Work with leading local and global clients, and manage client relationships and engagements making them successful in delivering on their objectives
Analysis of business challenges, define, propose and help implement agreed solutions in tandem with the client

Your profile

Job requirements:

Strong personal drive and commitment with a solution-oriented mind-set
Strong analytical skills and ability to derive large amounts of data into action
Experience from improvement programs within Operations Excellence, Supply Chain Management or Industrial AI, ideally in a consulting setting
Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to adapt to different market and customer challenges
Energetic, positive and charismatic to inspire clients for change and improvement
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Willingness and possibility to travel within the Nordic countries

Educational and formal requirements:

Master of Science in Industrial Management or Degree in Engineering with a Master in Management or Business Administration
Proven advanced Excel skills
Drivers license required

Language:

Swedish (fluent in speaking and writing) and English (fluent working level).
Danish, Finnish and/or German is qualifying
